In 1989, a young and determined Arlene Vella joined the company at just 19 years old. Arnold saw potential in her and took a chance—one that would forever shape the future of Ampac. Over time, Arnold became more than just a mentor; he became family. He taught Arlene the ins and outs of the insurance industry with patience and care, becoming a true father figure along the way.

After Arnold’s passing, Arlene took the helm in 2006 and has continued to lead the agency with the same passion, dedication, and personal touch that defined its beginnings. Under her leadership, Ampac has remained committed to serving individuals, families, and businesses with honesty and care. We are a proud family-owned business deeply involved in the local community.

Today, Arlene’s son Michael has joined the company and brings specialized experience in commercial insurance, continuing the legacy of personalized service and trusted guidance.
