Arlene Vella

With more than three decades of experience, Arlene Vella is the steady, knowledgeable presence at the heart of Ampac Insurance Agency. She joined Ampac in 1989 at just 19 years old and grew under the guidance of founder Arnold Zucker, who became both a mentor and a father figure. Over the years, Arlene has carried forward the same values of honesty, service, and care that shaped the agency from the beginning.

Arlene is known for building relationships that last. Many of her clients have been with her for decades, often becoming lifelong clients and, in many cases, friends. Her retention rate is extraordinary, a reflection of her reliability, her responsiveness, and her ability to guide people through an industry that can be confusing and frustrating. If something’s happened, Arlene has almost certainly seen it before—her experience and instincts make her the person you want in your corner.

As the agency principal, she leads with a personal touch, a deep commitment to the community, and a genuine belief in doing right by every individual, family, or business that trusts Ampac with their insurance needs.

Outside the office, Arlene enjoys crafting and spending time with her family.
